We provide user-friendly monthly management reports and you have online access to your patient’s medication claims. We also offer The Clinician, an original newsletter for our PBM partners.
Which pharmacies can we use?
Our network includes over 60,000 pharmacies nationwide, so you can use your local pharmacies, a mail order pharmacy and most closed-door pharmacies utilized by Skilled Nursing Facilities. How are our pharmacy benefits management services customized?
Our clinicians will partner with you to design and develop a plan that works best for your facility. PBM plans are flexible and customized with prior authorization requirements and system controls so that administration flows exactly the way your staff and patients need. If you choose to utilize a formulary, you can use your own or our clinicians can assist in developing one. Our customized management reports, individual clinical consulting and education programs are all tailored to your unique needs. In addition, you receive a dedicated Account Manager familiar with your plans and staff, and 24/7 live customer service support.
Do we have to follow a particular formulary?
No, but if you choose to use a formulary, you can develop your own or we will be happy to assist in developing one specifically for your hospice. Either way, you receive discounts on all medications, set your own parameters, and there are no penalties for drugs outside your formulary.
Do Drug Utilization Reviews help reduce costs?
Yes! Each month our clinical experts analyze your hospice’s drug utilization and provide individual recommendations about opportunities to ensure not only cost efficiencies, but also best therapy and patient care. Detailed reports are provided in an organized, user-friendly way, helping you eliminate unnecessary costs and make informed management decisions.

What education programs are available?
