We can work with your hospice to arrange a relationship with a Mail Order Pharmacy with delivery to patient's homes. While our main focus is based on the utilization of local community pharmacies whenever possible, Mail Order can be a great option for Symptom Relief Kits, medications not available in your area, or patients that need home delivery. 

Hospice Clinical Services

Outcome Resources provides cost-effective hospice drug management and hospice formulary development. On a monthly basis an Outcome Resources clinical pharmacist will evaluate your hospice's medication utilization. You can also consult an Outcome Resources clinical pharmacist for your individual patients regarding medication related issues. OR exclusively partners with hospices, so you can be assured that our clinical pharmacists have qualifications and extensive experience in palliative symptom management for end-of-life care.
